This is my venture into the world of photography. Those that know me best would suggest that I am a walking contradiction because I hate to be photographed. Yet, here I am…creating a blog about photography.
I’ve come to see the art in photography, thanks to two great professors, Jeremiah Patterson (University of Hartford) and Rick Newton (UMass – Amherst), who taught me a lot about photography. I’ve been practicing this art since February 2011, and every minute I enjoy it more. A good photograph isn’t about handsome people with perfect symmetry. Rather, it’s about capturing a moment in time. And thanks to the wonderful World Wide Web, it’s about sharing your experiences with the rest of the world.
With that said, welcome to my photo blog. I set up this blog in order to document my progress as an amateur photographer. Hope you enjoy looking at my photography! Feel free to leave comments – it’ll help me improve my talents!
If you have any suggestions, leave a comment or contact me via the form in my About Me page.
Come join me on this adventure…where no two days will be alike.
